Brazilian Skate Company Uptrucks sent us their LS 181 mm longboard trucks. The LS model is their softest model designed for light-weighted riders for cruising and carving mellow hills or sidewalks. The first thing we noticed was the excellent memory response. The hanger returns back to dead center perfectly after every carve and felt totally natural like the way trucks were supposed to be made. The aluminum hangar stop mounts underneath the baseplate and completely eliminates any wheelbite. The only cons to this design are the lack of adjustability, and an open-end wrench is needed to tighten the inner truck nuts. A standard skate key won't work here.

Uptrucks have completely rethought truck technology from the ground up with their one-piece urethane hangar/baseplate combo, and after perfecting this design over the years, they have clearly made a groundbreaking design that is functional and lightweight. So if you just want to get out there and skate and not worry about breaking kingpins or replacing bushings, Uptrucks is an excellent choice.
